Getting Involved
Staff Report

Let’s face it, in today’s world we don’t often have time to keep abreast of the latest pending legislation. And even if we do hear about it on the news we usually don’t have time or energy to do much about it.

The ASPCA has an answer to that. On their website (www.aspca.org) you can click on the “Voice Your Opinion” link and check up on pending legislation and issues both in your state and others. In addition, they have an e-mail form you can fill out that will automatically contact the relevant legislators and let you voice your opinion on the specific matter. You can choose to print the letter out or have it sent by fax to their office.

Getting involved has never been easier. If you have time to read this webzine, you have time to click over to their site and spend another few minutes letting your voice be heard for those animals that have no voice. It’s easy, it’s free, and most of all, you’re doing something worthwhile.
